Before use, fully submerge the pump at an angle for 20-30 seconds to release excess air. The filter screen supports clean or dirty water transfer, filters debris and handles solids up to 1/5″. It can be used for pools, ponds, rain barrels and flooded basements.
The corrosion-resistant thermoplastic casing houses thermal overload protection, which cuts power if the motor overheats to 95°F and restores it after cooling. Adapters fit an NPT 1-1/2" discharge hose, a GHT 3/4" garden hose, and Ф 1-1/4", Ф 1" or NPT 1" hoses. A 1-1/2" discharge hose is recommended for better water flow.
