STAWAY STD0102HQYJPA Heating plates come as 200 pcs for radiant floors. Each U-shaped plate measures 2x0.3 ft (600x100 mm) and fits 3/4'' (19.05 mm) PEX pipes, including PEX-A, PEX-B and PEX-AL-PEX; the listed pipe ID is 0.681'' and OD is 0.685''. The plates can reduce heat loss by 30%-40%. They can be installed between joists, between floor layers or above subflooring over sleepers.

There are 2 installation methods depending on floor structure. Wear gloves, remove the protective film and leave a 1-2 inch gap between plates; the plates can be trimmed. Made from 0.016'' (0.4mm) pure aluminum, they are described as waterproof and corrosion-resistant, with a stated life of up to 20 years.
