4.8(4 ratings)StarTech.com PAX2235WIFI6ECARD, sku-5402666288, is a size 1 Networking PCIe card with Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3. UPC: 065030902595. Its tri-band wireless supports 6GHz up to 2400Mbps, 5GHz at 2402Mbps, and 2.4GHz at 574Mbps; the 6GHz band can reduce interference and latency. The PCIe 3.0 interface is backward compatible with 802.11a/b/g/n/ac.
A low-profile bracket is included, but Windows 10 does not support the 6GHz band. A freestanding magnetic antenna base has a 3.6ft attached cable and a rubber underside for grip on non-metallic surfaces. Bluetooth transfers reach up to 2Mbps, with longer range, improved stability and lower power use; Bluetooth requires the supplied USB header cable and an available 9-Pin USB 2.0 motherboard header.
OFDMA and MU-MIMO improve throughput and reduce latency. The card also supports WPA3/WPA2 and has a metal heatsink to dissipate heat.
