Spot Welder Portable 5 ars Adjustable Mini Spot Welding Machine For 18650 Battery Spot Welding Machine Tool 2.1A Fast Char ,Easy to Use

1. Functional Test (In cold areas need to be warmed up indoors):Power on: Long press and hold the panel button for 3 seconds, then power on after hearing "BIBI" twice.Welding ar switching: Short press the panel button to switch from the first ar to the fifth ar.Shut down: Long press and hold the panel button for 3 seconds, then shut down after hearing a long beep of "BI..."

Automatic shutdown function: Automatic shutdown after 30 minutes of no work. 2. Welding Test:Connect the two soldering pens to the sockets of the main unit respectively.Put the battery to be assembled firmly, put the nickel sheet on the battery to be welded with left hand, and hold the two soldering pens with right hand, the pen tips of the two soldering pens are about 3mm.

Then, lightly press the welding pen tip to the place where the nickel sheet and the battery need to be welded. After 1 second, the host will automatically output current for welding.A muffled noise should be heard at this time . After removing the welding pen, you can see two welding points. 3. Advanced Skills:Welding is a technique that requires practice.

The scientific principle of spot welding is resistance welding. Too tight or too loose pressure will cause the solder joints to be weak. A successful welding will not produce a lot of sparks, and the visible light is concave. The best technique is to lightly press the soldering pen to feel the collapse of the solder joint at the moment of current output.

At this time, the solder joints are hot enough and the cooling time is short, which can work firmly for a long time. Too tight or too loose will lead to weak welding. Or burn through phenomenon occurs, and the oxide layer of multiple soldering must be avoided, and the contact surface should be bright. Cooperate with 1-5 ars of different welding strengths to obtain the best solder joints. 4.

Maintenance:The spot welder should avoid bumps and dampness as much as possible. Make sure that the welder is turned off when stored. The power consumption is very small, it can stand by for more than two years.Ordinary use, need to be fully chard, TYPE-C charging regardless of positive and negative, guarantee 5V/2A, the battery indicator flashes during charging, after the four grids are full, welding can be carried out at this time, please pay attention to the temperature of the welding machine housing for a long time.

The shutdown is protected above 60 degrees. In order to extend the energy of battery as much as possible, please store it after fully chard to ensure sufficient power. (Long-term stora) 5. Simple Troubleshooting:A. Familiar with the content of advanced skills in section 3, strong welding requires an understanding and practice of the principle of electric welding.B.

Maybe the power supply is out of power, char it. C. Check if the USB charging port is damad by unplugging and plugging vigorously, and the cable is burned. When unplugging and plugging, it must be straight unplugd and plugd in. Do not move back and forth.D. Check whether the battery is dead, the measured by the multimeter with the two soldering pens open is the battery .

The above faults may be encountered by novice players and can be easily checked.
