Southwire 68579222 14/2 Type MC solid metal-clad cable — 50-Feet of 14-Gauge, 2-conductor wiring that includes a green insulated equipment ground. The aluminum armor keeps the overall product lightweight (as much as 45-Percent lighter than comparable steel MC cable), helping to reduce handling effort on the jobsite. Compared to traditional pipe-and-wire installations, this MC cable can lower installation costs by up to 50-Percent. The cable is reverse-wound on the reel for simpler pulling; when using coils, pull from the inside for best results. In addition, per the NEC and UL, anti-short bushings are not required when installing MC cable.
