The Sound Town SWM15-PROS is a compact karaoke mixer with versatile I/O: HDMI ARC, a 3.5mm/optical (Toslink) combo Audio Out, AUX and Bluetooth for use with Smart TVs (HDMI ARC required), media boxes, PCs, soundbars and AV receivers. To extract TV audio via HDMI ARC, make sure your TV’s CEC is enabled and the audio output is set to PCM in the expert/audio settings (refer to the product images for CEC/PCM setup guidance). The HDMI ARC input pulls audio from the TV so the mixer can combine music and vocals and forward the mixed signal to a soundbar or amplifier (HDMI cable not included). The Audio Out jack can serve as a standard 3.5mm AUX or, using the included AUX-to-Optical adapter, as an optical output (Toslink). This lets you connect many popular soundbars such as Bose 300/500/700, Samsung, Vizio and more. Operation is simple: select from up to 16 selectable frequencies and use the independent volume controls. The system supports up to 2 wireless microphones or up to 2 wired microphones (not included) and offers an operating range of up to 100 feet line-of-sight. Performance features include adjustable echo and tone controls so you can shape vocal sound. Because the SWM15-PROS mixes mic input with playback internally, no additional mixer is required — ideal for karaoke nights, DJs, house parties and speaking events.
