Compact double-DIN touchscreen head unit with a 7" display that brings Apple CarPlay and Android Auto into your dash. The DD7CPA-C includes Bluetooth for wireless streaming and hands-free calling, AM/FM radio, and support for a backup camera. This model does not include a CD/DVD player. Hands-free Bluetooth calling uses an external microphone so your voice is picked up clearly while callers are heard through your vehicle’s speakers. Stream and control music apps like Spotify and Pandora directly from the receiver. Android Auto lets you say “Ok Google” to access Google Assistant, receive live navigation updates from Google Maps and Waze, make and answer calls, read and reply to messages, and use music apps while keeping your attention on driving. Push-to-talk lets you trigger your phone’s voice assistant via a dedicated button — paired over Bluetooth to accept commands and retrieve information without taking your hands off the wheel. Audio playback supports high-resolution FLAC files (Free Lossless Audio Codec), which provide bit-perfect CD-quality audio at roughly half the file size and generally sound superior to MP3.
