Its internal container stores up to 0.7lb of ice for dispensing, and the unit makes up to 18 lbs daily, listed as 18LBS capacity. It does not keep the ice frozen. The water output button dispenses room-temperature water; pressing the cold button starts cooling, and the cold water indicator stays on once the water reaches temperature. It does not dispense hot water. This bottleless model needs an external water source for a continuous supply and has no filter. It shuts off automatically when there is too little water to make ice or the ice container is full. The touch-screen LCD has cold, ice-making, water output and ice output buttons.
