A lightweight paper cone is bonded directly to the voice coil to produce tight, accurate low-frequency output. The rubber surround curbs excessive vibration and supports larger cone excursions while minimizing distortion. An injected polypropylene dust cap adds stiffness and improves internal damping for a more powerful, responsive bass character. The voice coil lead wire is stitched to the spider to limit movement and preserve signal integrity. The spider is acoustically optimized for increased power handling and better airflow, with a profile engineered to provide faster, more controlled cushioning of the cone.
