Sonor CVT-420-WBAFM sku-17805614409 829193745570 Drum Kit

Sonor CVT-420-WBAFM is a Craftsmen's Collection 150th Anniversary Vintage African Marble shell pack, listed under Drums By Brand (SKU sku-17805614409; UPC 829193745570). Sonor, which has built drums in Germany since 1875, handcrafted this edition in its German workshop and limited it to 100 sets worldwide.

Each drum has a 9-ply, 6 mm shell made from eight plies of North American maple and an outer African marble veneer ply. The maple contributes warmth and projection; the veneer sharpens attack. Fully rounded bearing edges support sustain and resonance. A high-gloss lacquer finish covers the veneer, and the hardware uses corrosion-resistant alloys.

Vintage teardrop lugs have TuneSafe technology; the kit also has bass drum T-rods, a Vintage Series prism clamp mounting system and a snare with a Dual Glide strainer. The configuration comprises a 20x14" bass drum with single tom holder, a 12x8" rack tom, a 14x12" floor tom and a 14x5 75" snare. Sonor backs the shells with a limited lifetime warranty.
