What is Customer Questions & Answers?

Customer Questions & Answers lets registered customers ask product-specific questions and share answers based on their experience. Questions and answers appear after moderation.

Ask about the product itself, especially details another customer may know from using it. For example: Does this camera take good pictures in low light? How long does this laptop battery last while watching movies? Does this computer have noisy cooling fans?

What shouldn't I ask?

Posts must be product questions or answers. Do not post about shipping or delivery, availability, a specific order, customer service, or material that violates our community rules. Use our FAQ or your account for order and support help. Links and contact information are not allowed in submissions.

Important notes: 1. Verify the battery model and part number before ordering by checking the label on your original battery. If you are unsure, contact us to prevent purchasing the wrong item. 2. Charge the battery only with the original or a reputable compatible charger. 3. Never dispose of the battery in fire or immerse it in water. 4. Avoid exposing the battery to high temperatures (140°F/60°C). Maintain the battery charge level between 5%-95% when possible. 5. New lithium-ion batteries require 2 to 3 complete charge/discharge cycles (fully charge and fully discharge) to reach optimal performance and longevity. After these initial conditioning cycles, regular conditioning is not necessary. 6. Do not short-circuit the battery. A short can occur if a metallic object (for example, a coin, clip, or pen) connects the positive(+) and negative(–) terminals; this can damage the battery and the object. 7. If storing the battery for standby, keep it in a cool, dry environment. Shipping: 1. Orders are shipped within 4 days after purchase. 2. Prices do not include any destination customs duties or taxes. 3. Typical transit time is 25-45 days. Product Warranty: 1. All items are inspected for quality prior to shipment to minimize defects. 2. We offer a two year warranty against manufacturing defects and will repair covered issues free of charge. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 3. If a package has not arrived after a long period, it may already be at your local post office or waiting in your mailbox rather than being lost. Feedback & Review: 1. If you experience any problems — not receiving the item, a product that differs from its description, or any dissatisfaction — please contact us first instead of leaving neutral or negative feedback or opening a dispute. We will work to resolve the issue. 2. We value our customers and will make every effort to address unexpected problems. 3. If you are unhappy with your purchase, send us a message before leaving negative feedback or filing a dispute on Alibaba; we will do our best to satisfy you.
