Snap Circuits SCMYH7 Multicolor Home Kit sku-455032909

Snap Circuits SCMYH7 is a Multicolor, Unisex Biology Toys for Kids kit for ages 8+. Its 34 STEM projects use color- and number-coded blocks with snaps to build circuits found in homes. The projects cover how power reaches a home and travels through its walls, what happens when a light turns on or the power goes out, and how fuses and circuit breakers work.

Builds include home security, overhead lights, dependent and independent lights, and an infrared-controlled lighting system. The 60 parts include a base grid, slide and press switches, vertical, snap and jumper wires, a battery holder, resistors, a capacitor, LEDs, a lamp, a sound module, transistors, a meter and a motor. Detailed instructions are included; no glue or tools are required.

The kit teaches the fundamentals of electricity, electronic circuits and their interaction with green energy technologies. Snap Circuits says educators worldwide endorse its kits and that they are used in schools, libraries, museums and STEM programs. Its patented Circuit Safe technology is designed for safe circuit learning. Size: 12.00" x 12.00" x 13.00". UPC 756619013213; SKU sku-455032909.
