unknown SW-2000 Red JUICER Kitchen Appliances sku-37800673

The unknown-brand SW-2000 is a Red, Unisex JUICER in Kitchen Appliances. This Slowstar vertical juicer includes a mincing attachment for making sorbets, nut butters and sauces as well as juice. Its double-edged Duoblade auger cuts and crushes produce; the source claims higher yields and less pulp than single-edged augers and says its Ultem material is 8 times stronger than the plastics used in other slow juicers.

The 200 watt motor has 3-stage speed reduction and produces 30 lbs of torque. The source describes this as equivalent to a 9 HP motor, 2 to 4 times the crushing force of other slow juicers, with juicing taking 3 times less time. It operates at 47 RPM. A detachable juice cap limits drips when changing containers; closing it allows juice to be mixed or water to pre-rinse the screen.

The chute opening is 1.5 x 2.5 inches. The housing and casing are described as 100% BPA-free, and the Ultem auger and screen as virtually BPA-free. SKU: sku-37800673. UPC: 009375705121.
