No rating yet(0 ratings)Skil-Care model 754312 is the Ultra-Cushion Level vinyl wheelchair cushion, listed as Unisex Car Seat Cushions in Multicolor. Its bi-foam construction provides pressure relief, redistribution, comfort and support. The firm foundation levels sling-style wheelchair seats to help maintain a 90 degree neutral base and reduce seat-related pressure. High-density foam adds comfort and stability.
A contoured base rests below the seat frame so the user sits lower in the wheelchair. The incontinent-proof vinyl cover keeps urine out of the cushion. Skil-Care also lists an optional launderable, low-shear outer cover to reduce friction and an ultra-wedge option for slide control with the same features. The cushion measures 16" W x 16" D x 3.5" H and weighs 1.7 lbs.
