Position-Plus+™ 751435 Multicolor Cushion sku-799722664

Position-Plus+™ model 751435 is a Multicolor, Unisex Car Seat Cushions product, 18" Wide, listed as sku-799722664 (UPC 671509187501). The Skil-Care Thin-Line cushion has four separate gel-filled chambers and a safety strap to hold it in place. Water-based gel cools the skin and relieves pressure to help prevent perspiration-related skin breakdown.

Side gel limits side-to-side leaning, front gel limits forward sliding by controlling posterior pelvic rotation, and rear gel relieves pressure around the coccyx. High-density foam adds comfort and helps prevent bottoming out. A Low-Shear outer cover reduces friction, while an incontinent-proof vinyl cover keeps urine from entering the cushion.
