The 2-layer pressure redistribution design has a high-resilient, high-density die-cut foam top for support and comfort and an LX45 high-density, high-ILD foam bottom for support and stability.
Its dedicated heel section uses aerated Lura-Quilt(TM) foam that lets air pass through to help keep the patient cool and dry. Designated head and foot sections help prevent installation errors. The fluid-resistant, 2-way stretch top cover reduces heat buildup and provides an antimicrobial, water-resistant, low-shear surface. The vinyl bottom is waterproof.
A concealed zipper and Barrier Stop Over-Flap help keep liquids from reaching the mattress core. The mattress meets Federal Fire Code CFR 16 part 1633 and has side rails. It measures 80" x 42" and is 6" high. Weight capacity is 650 Lbs; actual product weight is 24 Lbs.
