Service Caster Floor Truck Locks feature durable construction, zinc plated finish, and rubberized non-slip foot. Top plate measures at 4" x 4-1/2" with a bolt hole pattern of 2-5/8" x 3-5/8" to 3" x 3" and can either be bolted or welded on. HARDWARE NOT INCLUDED
