The kit includes a drain body, tile-in cover, stainless steel hair catcher, grate lifting hook and rubber fitting insert. A piece of floor tile fits in the cover so that only the trim remains visible after installation.
The square drain is made entirely of 16 Gauge SS304 stainless steel with a finish that protects against rust and corrosion; it has no plastic parts. It fits standard 2 inch ABS, PVC and cast iron drain bases. Use the hook to lift the removable cover and clean the hair catcher and drain body.
The frame is folded rather than welded, giving it a smooth edge and, according to the product description, twice the strength.
