International Atomic Energy Agency All Books, sku-306032530. This paperback Technical Guidance covers security management for radioactive material in use or storage and for associated facilities. It addresses policies, plans, procedures and processes; the resources needed to operate and maintain security systems; and how personnel, procedures and equipment work together.

Drawing on technical and legal expert input and other IAEA Nuclear Security Series publications, it discusses leadership, staff responsibilities and nuclear security culture. It also gives guidance on developing a security plan for material in use or storage and associated facilities. The security plan is a component of an operator's licensing submission package.
