This sale is for the hard drive circuit board (PCB / logic board) ONLY — no hard drive is included. Because we have a large inventory, the PCB you receive may differ slightly from the photo. These circuit boards are intended for hard drive repair and data recovery tasks. Before purchasing, confirm that a replacement PCB will resolve your issue by following our hard drive diagnostics guide, and verify compatibility using the Donor Matching Guide. Most Seagate PCBs contain unique information stored in a ROM "memory" chip that is required for the drive to function correctly; the ROM chip or its data must be transferred to the replacement board. If transferring the chip is possible, a local computer technician should be able to perform the swap.
