This sale is for the hard drive circuit board (PCB / logic board) ONLY — no hard drive is included. Because we have a large inventory, the PCB you receive may differ slightly from the photo. Intended use: data recovery and hard drive repair. Before purchasing, confirm that a replacement PCB will resolve your issue by following our hard drive diagnostics guide. Verify compatibility between the donor and your drive using the Donor Matching Guide. Important technical note: most Seagate PCBs store unique drive-specific information in a ROM memory chip. That ROM data is required for the drive to operate correctly, so the ROM chip or its contents must be transferred to the replacement board. If the chip can be moved, a local computer technician can typically perform the transplant.
