This sale is for the hard drive printed circuit board (PCB / logic board) ONLY — no hard drive is included. We keep a large inventory, so the actual PCB you receive may look slightly different from the photo. Intended use: data recovery and hard drive repair. Important: many PCBs store unique configuration in a ROM memory chip; that ROM data is required for the drive to function correctly. The ROM chip itself, or its contents, must be transferred to the replacement board. If the chip can be moved, a local computer technician can usually perform the transplant.
