This listing is for the hard drive circuit board (PCB / logic board) ONLY — no hard drive is included. Because we stock a large number of PCBs, the exact board you receive may differ slightly from the photo. This PCB is intended for use in hard drive repair and data recovery. Many hard drive PCBs store unique information in the ROM (memory) chip; that ROM data is required for the drive to function correctly. The ROM chip itself, or its data, must be transferred to the replacement board. If possible, a local computer technician can move the chip for you.
