This sale is for the hard drive circuit board (PCB / logic board) only — the hard drive itself is not included. Compatible with Seagate ST3750640NS (9BL148-269, 3.CNK, 100406531 C) SATA 3.5 drives. Because we stock a large number of PCBs, the exact board you receive may differ slightly from the photo. Intended use: data recovery and hard drive repair. Before purchasing, confirm that a replacement PCB is appropriate by following our hard drive diagnostics guide, and verify compatibility using the Donor Matching Guide. Important: most PCBs store unique information in a ROM memory chip; that ROM data is required for the drive to function correctly. The ROM chip or its contents must be transferred to the replacement board (or the new board reprogrammed with the correct ROM data). If the ROM chip can be moved, a local computer technician can usually perform the transfer. For customers who spend $60 or more, we provide a complimentary adaptation service that includes either transplanting the ROM chip onto the new PCB or reprogramming the replacement board with the proper ROM data.
