This sale is for the hard drive circuit board (PCB / logic board) only — no hard drive is included. Item is for the Seagate model ST3500312CS with part numbers 9GW132-671, SC13, 5699 R and fits 3.5" SATA drives. Because we maintain a large inventory, the actual PCB you receive may differ slightly from the photo. This replacement board is intended for hard drive repair and data recovery tasks. Many drive PCBs store unique configuration data in a ROM memory chip that is required for normal operation. The ROM chip itself, or its contents, must be transferred to the replacement board for the drive to function properly. If the chip can be physically moved, a local computer technician can usually perform the transplant.
