This listing is for a hard drive circuit board (PCB / logic board) ONLY — no hard drive included. Because we maintain a large inventory, the actual PCB shipped may vary slightly from the photo. The board is intended for hard drive repair and data recovery purposes. Most PCBs contain drive-specific data in a ROM "memory" chip that is required for correct operation; the ROM chip or its data must be transferred to the replacement board. If the chip can be moved, a local computer technician can usually perform the transplant.
