This sale is for the hard drive circuit board only (PCB / logic board). No hard drive is included. Because we have a large inventory, the exact PCB you receive may differ slightly from the photo. Intended use: data recovery and hard drive repair. Important: most hard drive circuit boards store unique information in a ROM 'memory' chip, and that data is required for the drive to function correctly. The ROM chip or its contents must be transferred to the replacement board. If the chip can be moved, a local computer technician can usually perform the transfer.
