This sale is for the hard drive circuit board (PCB / logic board) ONLY — the hard drive itself is NOT included. Because we carry a large inventory of PCBs, the exact board you receive may vary slightly from the photo. Intended use: data recovery and hard drive repair. Most Seagate PCBs contain unique data stored in a ROM memory chip which is required for proper drive operation; the ROM chip or its contents must be moved or copied to the replacement board. If the chip can be physically transferred, a local computer technician can normally perform that task.
