This sale is for the hard drive circuit board (PCB / logic board) ONLY — no hard drive is included. The listing applies to the Seagate ST3160318AS (9SL13A-024, HP40, 6826 G) SATA 3.5 PCB and, because we stock many boards, the exact PCB you receive may differ slightly from the photo. Intended use: data recovery and hard drive repairs. Important: most hard drive PCBs contain unique configuration data stored in a ROM (memory) chip; this information is required for the drive to function correctly. You must transfer the ROM chip or its contents to the replacement board. If the ROM chip can be moved, a local computer technician should be able to perform the transfer.
