This sale is for the hard drive PCB / logic board ONLY — no hard drive is included. Because we carry a large inventory of PCBs, the exact board you receive may differ slightly from the photo. These circuit boards are supplied for HDD repair and data recovery use. Before purchasing, confirm that a PCB replacement will address your issue by consulting our Hard Drive Diagnostics Guide, and verify compatibility with the Donor Matching Guide. Important: many hard drive PCBs contain unique, drive-specific data stored in the ROM "memory" chip; that information is required for the drive to operate properly. The ROM chip itself or its data must be moved or copied to the replacement board. If physical chip transfer is possible, a local computer technician can typically perform the swap.
