This sale is for the hard drive circuit board (PCB / logic board) ONLY — no hard drive is included. We stock large quantities of PCBs, so the exact board you receive may differ slightly from the photo. This PCB is intended for use in data recovery and hard drive repair. Before purchasing, confirm that a replacement PCB is the correct solution by following our hard drive diagnostics guide and checking compatibility with the Donor Matching Guide. Many Seagate PCBs contain unique calibration/configuration data stored in a ROM "memory" chip; that information is required for the drive to operate properly. The ROM chip itself or its data must be moved to the replacement board. If the ROM chip can be physically transferred, a local computer technician can usually perform the procedure.
