This listing is for the hard drive PCB / logic board ONLY — no hard drive is included. We maintain a large inventory, so the actual circuit board you receive may vary slightly from the picture. This board is supplied for hard drive repair and data recovery purposes. Most hard drive PCBs contain unique configuration data stored in a ROM memory chip; that information is required for proper operation. The ROM chip itself, or its data, must be transferred to the replacement circuit board. If transplanting the chip is possible, a local computer technician can typically perform the transfer.
