This sale is for the hard drive printed circuit board (PCB / logic board) only — the hard disk is NOT included. Because we maintain a large inventory of PCBs, the exact board you receive may differ slightly from the photo. Intended for use in data recovery and HDD repair work. Before buying, confirm a replacement PCB will resolve your issue by following our hard drive diagnostics guide and verifying compatibility with the Donor Matching Guide. Note: many hard drive PCBs contain unique information stored in a ROM memory chip that is required for proper drive operation. The ROM chip or its data must be transferred to the replacement board. If physical relocation of the ROM chip is possible, a local computer technician can typically perform the transfer.
