This item is for the hard drive circuit board (PCB / logic board) ONLY — no hard drive is included. Because we stock a large number of PCBs, the exact board you receive may differ slightly from the photo. These replacement PCBs are sold for hard drive repair and data recovery tasks. Most Seagate PCBs store unique information in the ROM (memory) chip that is required for the drive to operate.
