ScorpionExo EXO-AT960 Orange Modular Helmet sku-5337780243

The ScorpionExo EXO-AT960 Topography is an Orange, Unisex cold-weather modular helmet in size M (MD)(Medium). It is listed as Motorcycle Gear under SKU sku-5337780243 and UPC 845468092620. Developed from the EXO-AT950, it can be worn with its external peak visor as a full-face adventure or snow helmet. Removing the peak gives it a more aerodynamic profile for long-distance touring.

The 190degree eye port improves peripheral and downward visibility, measures 11cm tall, and accommodates most goggles when the face shield is removed. A single lever lets you raise or lower the modular chin bar with either hand, including a gloved hand. Its lightweight polycarbonate shell is engineered for strength and impact displacement; CAD-refined aerodynamics reduce lift and turbulence.

Multi-layer EPS absorbs energy, with channels that increase airflow. The top intake and exhaust vents move air through the helmet. The mouth vent's 1st position defrosts; its 2nd position adds ventilation and can be closed from inside. The face shield system draws the shield against the eye port for a seal.

The removable, washable KwikWick® C liner wicks moisture, while KwikFit® cheek pads accommodate most eyeglasses. The EverClear® dual-pane face shield has an anti-scratch coating, fog-resistant technology and 95% UV-A and UV-B protection. An interchangeable amber Speedview® sun visor slides up or down and has EverClear® anti-fog coating on both surfaces.

Block-off plates are included for use without the peak visor. The included breath deflector and aero skirt help reduce wind noise; the Cold Weather Breath Box XC kit and bib help prevent fogging and add protection in winter conditions. The helmet accommodates an EXO-COM® Communicator Kit or another BlueTooth® system and has round 50mm/5mm speaker pockets.

It is certified to DOT FMVSS No. 218 and ECE 22.06; the latter requires a wider range of tests than ECE 22.05.
