For carpet-to-carpet placement, use a hold pad between the rug and the carpet to protect both surfaces. To avoid flattening the pile, place rug protectors beneath the legs of heavy furniture. Care instructions: Vacuum regularly (preferably with a vacuum that does not have beater bars) and spot clean as needed; for stubborn stains, professional rug cleaning is recommended. Rotate the rug every 3–6 months to minimize uneven wear from foot traffic. Protect the rug from prolonged direct sunlight, which can cause colors to fade — position the rug away from direct sun when possible.
