Professional rug cleaning is recommended for hard-to-remove stains.

Rotate the rug every 3-6 months to limit uneven wear from foot traffic, and keep it out of direct sunlight to prevent fading. Colors may look slightly different because of screen resolution, and patterns may vary by shape and size. Packing and shipping can leave temporary creases or surface waves; these are not damage and normally flatten as the rug settles.

Reverse rolling is the quickest way to remove creases. Accessories shown in lifestyle photos are not included.
