Safavieh KNY903H-5 Kenya Black Rugs | sku-260140414

Safavieh KNY903H-5 is a Unisex 5' x 8' Black/Ivory rug in the Rugs category, listed as sku-260140414, UPC 889048520561. The Kenya Jannine design has geometric diamonds and fringe. It is hand knotted in India, with a 1 in. pile of 70% wool and 30% cotton. It has no backing; a rug pad, sold separately, is recommended to help prevent shifting and sliding.

For carpet-to-carpet use, a hold pad is recommended for protection. Accessories shown in lifestyle photos are not included. New wool rugs naturally shed. For the first few weeks, vacuum 1-2 times a week with a low-pressure vacuum without beater bars, moving in the direction of the pile. Clip loose ends or loops with scissors rather than pulling them.

Vacuum regularly and spot clean; professional cleaning is recommended for difficult stains. Rotate the rug every 3-6 months to limit uneven wear, and put protectors under heavy furniture legs to avoid flattening the pile. Keep it out of direct sunlight to limit fading. Monitor settings may make colors appear slightly different, and dimensions and patterns may vary by size or shape.

Shipping may cause temporary creases that gradually flatten; back-rolling or reverse rolling can help. The rug is available in multiple colors and sizes.
