Safavieh JAR811C-28 Multicolor Wool Rugs sku-16518098

Safavieh JAR811C-28 (sku-16518098; UPC 683726790846) is a Multicolor, Unisex rug measuring 2'3" x 8'. Hand tufted in India from 100% wool, it has a 0.5 in. pile and cotton backing. It is available in multiple sizes. Accessories shown in lifestyle photos are not included. A rug pad, sold separately, is recommended to prevent shifting and sliding.

For carpet-to-carpet use, a hold pad between the rug and carpet is recommended for protection. New wool rugs shed. For the first few weeks, vacuum 1-2 times a week with a low-pressure vacuum without beater bars, moving in the direction of the pile. Clip loose ends or loops with scissors rather than pulling them.

Continue to vacuum regularly, preferably without beater bars, and spot clean as needed. Professional cleaning is recommended for hard-to-remove stains. Rotate the rug every 3-6 months to reduce uneven wear from foot traffic and furniture weight, and use rug protectors under heavy furniture to help prevent the pile from flattening. Keep it out of direct sunlight to limit fading.

Monitor settings may make colors appear slightly different from the rug. Length and width can vary from the published dimensions, and the pattern may vary slightly by shape and size. Packing and shipping can cause temporary creases that gradually flatten; back-rolling or reverse rolling can help remove them. Allow time for the rug to settle.
