Safavieh Blue Himalaya Rugs HIM595M-8 sku-679733031

Safavieh HIM595M-8 is a Blue, 8' x 10' rug in the Rugs category. It is listed as Unisex under sku-679733031; UPC 889048842809. Hand loomed in India from 100% wool, it has a 0.8 in. pile and cotton backing. A rug pad, sold separately, is recommended to help prevent shifting and sliding. The rug can be used in any room; accessories shown in lifestyle photos are not included.

New wool rugs naturally shed. For the first few weeks, vacuum 1-2 times a week at low pressure, without beater bars, and in the direction of the pile. Clip loose ends or loops with scissors rather than pulling them. Vacuum regularly, preferably without beater bars, and spot clean; professional cleaning is recommended for difficult stains.

Rotate the rug every 3-6 months to limit uneven wear from foot traffic and furniture, and put protectors under heavy furniture legs to avoid flattening the pile. Keep it out of direct sunlight to limit fading. Monitor settings may make colors appear slightly different. Length, width, and pattern may vary slightly by shape and size.

Shipping can leave temporary creases that gradually flatten; back-rolling or reverse rolling can help remove them. The rug is available in multiple colors and sizes. For carpet-to-carpet use, a hold pad between the surfaces is recommended for protection.
