Vacuum regularly (preferably one without beater bars) and spot clean as needed; for stubborn, hard-to-remove stains, professional rug cleaning is recommended. Rotate the rug every 3-6 months to reduce uneven wear from foot traffic and furniture, and use rug protectors under heavy furniture legs to avoid flattening the pile.
