Safavieh HK245A-8OV Black Wool Oval Rugs sku-17453917

Safavieh HK245A-8OV is a Black, 7'6" X 9'6" Oval rug in the Chelsea Vintage Rooster design. This Unisex Rugs listing has SKU sku-17453917 and UPC 683726077336. Hand hooked in China, it has a 100% wool pile with a 0.25 in. pile height and cotton backing. A rug pad, sold separately, is recommended to reduce shifting and sliding; use a hold pad for carpet-to-carpet placement.

Accessories shown in lifestyle photos are not included. New wool rugs naturally shed. Vacuum a new rug 1-2 times a week for the first few weeks with a low-pressure vacuum without beater bars, moving in the direction of the pile. Clip loose ends or stray loops with scissors rather than pulling them. Vacuum regularly and spot clean; professional cleaning is recommended for difficult stains.

Rotate the rug every 3-6 months to reduce uneven wear, and put rug protectors beneath heavy furniture to help prevent a flattened pile. Keep it out of direct sunlight to limit fading. Screen differences may affect how the color appears, dimensions may vary, and the pattern may differ slightly by shape and size.

Shipping can cause temporary creases that gradually flatten; back-rolling or reverse rolling can help. The rug is available in multiple colors and sizes.
