A rug pad, sold separately, is recommended to reduce shifting and sliding; for carpet-to-carpet use, a hold pad between the surfaces is recommended for protection. Accessories shown in lifestyle photos are not included. New wool rugs naturally shed. For the first few weeks, vacuum 1-2 times a week at low pressure, without beater bars and in the direction of the pile.

Clip loose ends or loops with scissors rather than pulling them. Continue vacuuming regularly and spot clean as needed; professional cleaning is recommended for difficult stains. Rotate the rug every 3-6 months to limit uneven wear, and use protectors beneath heavy furniture legs to prevent flattened pile. Keep it out of direct sunlight to limit fading.

Color may appear different on computer monitors; dimensions and patterns may vary slightly by size and shape. Shipping may leave temporary creases that settle over time. Back-rolling or reverse rolling can help remove them. The rug is available in multiple colors and sizes.
