SÜA LFBF5X18X332_5 Welding Consumables Brazing Rods

SÜA LFBF5X18X332_5 Welding Consumables are flux-coated, low-fuming bronze rods for oxyacetylene brazing. This 3/32" - 5 Lb package has UPC 689761171947. The rods join carbon steel, copper alloys, cast iron, malleable iron, stainless steel and some nickel alloys. The alloy contains copper, zinc, tin, iron, manganese and silicon.

It is ductile, strong, free-flowing and suitable for building up worn surfaces in successive layers. Deposits can be machined and work-harden in service. Its melting point is 1630°F, and galvanized parts can be brazed without damaging their zinc coating. The rods are 18" long, with the alloy and diameter printed on the coating; flux-coated rods cannot be bent.
