Replacement vertical pressure washer pump kit from ROP Shop engineered for Troy-Bilt models 020337-2, 020344-0, 020344-1 and 020344-2. See images 2 and 3 for additional reference. Key specifications: Maximum Pressure: 2800 PSI. Maximum Flow: 2.3 GPM. Maximum Pump Speed: 3400 RPM. Shaft Diameter: 7/8" Shaft. 3 Bolt Pattern: 7 11/16" x 6 3/16" x 6 7/16" & 4" Center to Each Outer Hole. Maximum Water Temperature: 140° F. Inlet Connection Type: Standard Garden Hose. Outlet Tube Connection: 22mm Male. Includes: (1) Vertical Pressure Washer Pump with Chemical Injector, Unloader Valve, Thermal Release Valve & Outlet Tube, Hose & Keyway; comes as shown in the first image. Installation notes: Depending on your engine configuration, longer bolts and spacers (washers) may be required to properly mount the pump—this is especially common if the engine shaft is longer or the pump legs contact the frame or engine. Failure to use spacers when needed can cause pump legs to break from stress. Spacers and longer bolts are not included but can be obtained from a hardware store. Common bolt sizes: (2) 5/16"-18 x 2-1/2", and (1) 5/16"-18 x 3-1/2". Additional details: This unit mounts vertically and is rear facing (water inlets/outlets exit toward the rear of the engine). The pump requires at least 5.5HP to manage the rated PSI. The pump head is reversible (can be flipped). On certain engine models you may need to remove the pump to access and change the engine oil. Safety reminder: Do not operate this pressure washer pump above its maximum PSI rating. Exceeding the rating can damage the pump (not covered by warranty) and/or cause serious bodily injury.
