Power and Ratings: These speakers use honest, real-world RMS ratings — 150 watts RMS and 250 watts peak per speaker (150 watts RMS is equal to about 400 watts rated by other brands). Total output for the pair totals 500 Watts. Mounting and Hardware: New, improved mounting brackets are made of waterproof, durable plastic reinforced with nylon and embedded steel. The nylon allows easy adjustment while the steel reinforcement provides heavy-duty strength. Mounting screws are 1/4" longer than other versions we carry to fit thicker mounting bars. Includes stainless steel mounting hardware. Marine Durability: Built to be fully marinized against salt and fresh water conditions, these speakers are completely water / rust resistant. Terminals are stainless steel and rustproof, sealed with rubber gaskets, and receive an additional waterproof coating to protect against moisture and corrosion for long-lasting, worry-free use on the water.
