Its built-in transmitter works with Rockville wireless DMX lights and compatible wireless lights from Chauvet and American DJ. The DMX-WRE receiver is compatible and available separately. The controller handles 384 DMX channels, up to 24 intelligent lights with 16 channels each, and 30 banks of 8 programmable scenes.

It records up to 6 chases, with fade time and speed controls, and supports 6 programmable chases of 240 scenes. There are 16 sliders for manual channel control, MIDI control of banks, chases and blackout, a program display, a built-in microphone for music triggering, and an auto mode controlled by fade time sliders. The last chase or bank can resume continuously after power is restored.

Other features include a 4-bit LED display, a USB gooseneck light, detachable rubberized end pieces, 4u rack mounting, and wired DMX input and output. In master/slave mode, one receiver can control several connected lights; a light with a built-in receiver needs no additional receiver.

The system uses the 2.4GHz band and GFSK modulation with 126-channel frequency hopping at 1100 hops per second to reduce interference. A 3-color LED shows status and parameters.
