Motor and coil construction: 3 4-Layer Black Aluminum Voice Coils Wound with Aluminum Wire, rated to endure very high temperatures of 300-350C. The driver uses Triple-Stacked 300 Oz Y35 Magnets (Y35 is the best grade and they will perform better than most 400 oz magnets) and a 1-Piece Chrome T-Yoke with Stamped Logo for stronger magnetization, increased xmax, and improved BL performance. 25mm T-Yoke + 15mm Washer. Build quality and materials: The woofer employs the highest grade black glue that tolerates extreme heat, allowing greater real-world power endurance. A Cast Aluminum Basket with Black Sanded Finish reduces weight while maintaining rigidity. Large 8 Gauge Chrome-Plated Binding Post Terminals resist oxidation and deliver reliable connections. Special Custom Rubber Boot Magnet Covers protect the magnet and enhance appearance; a Rubber Mounting Gasket ensures an airtight install.
