No rating yet(0 ratings)The Risinglink pd201w is a White, size 1 power outage sensor in the Alarm Systems category (sku-660248231; UPC 752574242309). It connects to Wi-Fi without a hub or app and has no monthly fees or subscriptions. It supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi; most routers also support 5 GHz.
It detects an outage within 3 seconds and sends alerts for power loss, power restoration, low battery and a device going offline after Wi-Fi loss. Each device can notify up to 2 phone numbers and 4 email addresses. Direct text alerts have no monthly cap or minimum interval. An 85 dB alarm sounds during a power failure even without Wi-Fi, and you can disable it during setup.
A green LED shows the monitored A/C outlet's power status. The internal backup battery is designed to last over 5 years and keep the device operating with a stable Wi-Fi connection during an outage. Otherwise, the device draws power from the outlet it monitors.
