A steel frame and stainless steel base provide stability for home or gym use.

The non-slip foot plate has 6 foot pads, and soft black foam cushions the feet. The front pole has 6 height levels and adjusts up to 5.5"; the footrest foam can be set to keep the calf close to the cushioning. Two small rings at the front allow rope exercises. The machine can also be used with a rope or dumbbell, available online or from a local store.
